Mumbai resident Jayashree Ratan got down to create crocheted prostheses for breast most cancers survivors. Her organisation Saaisha India has distributed 5,700 such prostheses without spending a dime to this point.

These prostheses are comprised of 100% mercerised cotton yarn, which is mushy on the pores and skin and doesn’t trigger allergic reactions. Every product can be utilized for shut to 2 years and is hand washable. The prostheses can be found in several cup sizes and match nicely into the mastectomy bra.
